Now owned by Panasonic, Technics speakers perform very well if you compare it to an average speaker. I have set of Technics SB-CR77 speakers and they have so far lasted a total of 10 years. They tend to hit highs and lows very well, at times I blasted the crap out of them, I pretty surprised they have held up this long. I'm very confident that Technics speakers hold up for a very long time.

All Technics speakers have high performance bass reflex system. Bass reflex design with port helps reduce unwanted midrange frequencies while Rounded baffle edges reduce diffraction effects.
